Car set alight in South Belfast
Police are investigating an arson attack on a car in Belfast early this morning.
The vehicle was set alight on Bradbury Place outside Alibi nightclub.
The flames also damaged a nearby shop front.
Inspector James Ellson said: “Police received a report of a car alight in Bradbury Place around 3:30am. A nearby shop front was scorch damaged in the blaze. At this stage we believe that the vehicle was deliberately set on fire. Investigations into a motive are ongoing.”
“We are appealing for anyone with information who may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the area to contact Police at Musgrave on 101 quoting reference number 78 of the 8/3/17.
