Belfast has a long history with colourful street art, from political tributes to modern movements. But in recent years, a new wave of bold art has taken over the city, with many locals now identifying buildings or streets by their quirky murals.

When you arrive at Pottingers Entry, don't forget to look up. Designed and painted by Nomad Clan - the pelicans are a symbol of the Pottinger family crest, and the flowers represent trading Belfast's flourishing industrial past.

Ru Paul's Sashay Away
This striking mural features world-famous drag artist Ru Paul, who now proudly sits on Little Donegal Street.
Lovely Lady
Believe it or not, this was actually painted in the rain, just before Belfast's Culture Night. It takes a very skilled artist to pull off a masterpiece like this. You can check it out on Lower Garfield Street.
