6 people rescued from rocks on the north coast
Four children and two women and were rescued by the Coastguard after becoming stuck on rocks in Portbalintrae yesterday evening.
They had been fishing with nets when they were cut off by the rising tide
The operation was carried out by teams from Ballycastle and Coleraine as well as the RNLI.
It came after two men were also airlifted by the Coastguard helicopter from Fairhead on Saturday night.
