Corey Kent and Harper O’Neill have been announced as support acts for Ashley McBryde in Belfast.
The artist raised in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas in the United States attended Arkansas State University then later moved to the heart of country music, Nashville, Tennessee to pursue her country stardom dream.
The singer songwriter has been circling the country music scene since 2006, with her self-released demo album, as well as growing her musical platform through opening concerts for fellow country artists including Willie Nelson, Chris Stapleton and Chris Cagle.
McBryde had her breakthrough with her 2017 debut single “A Little Dive Bar in Dahlonega” named one of the 54 Best Songs of 2017 by The New York Times, and one of the Top 25 Best Country Songs of 2017 by Rolling Stone.
McBryde made her first appearance at the Grand Ole Opry in 2017 and received a nomination from the Grammy Awards that year. Additionally, McBryde won both the Academy of Country Music's "New Female Artist of the Year" award and the Country Music Association's "New Artist of the Year" award.
Her following 2019 album “One Night Standards” later became her first top 20 single on both the Billboard Country Airplay and Country Songs charts and charted to number one on the Canada Country charts and later appeared on her second studio album titled “Never Will”.
She has since strengthened her country music career with her two latest albums, “Lindeville” and “The Devil I Know”. McBryde has been praised for her honest and relatable song writing, often drawing from personal experiences. Her songs often tell stories of small-town life, resilience, and the highs and lows of everyday existence.
