Morgan Wallen pulls out of 2023 ACM Awards performance
Dolly Parton and Garth Brooks will co-host this year’s Academy of Country Music Awards.

ACM Entertainer Of The Year nominee, Morgan Wallen broke the news that he will no longer be performing at the 2023 ACM Awards.
The country superstar shared an emotional message to fans on social media earlier today.
Wallen revealed that he is on a strict six-week vocal rest therefore is forced to cancel his ACM Awards performance.
“What’s going on y’all, I’m just going to get straight to it. I got some bad news from my Doctor’s at the Vanderbilt Voice Center yesterday. After taking ten days of vocal rest, I performed three shows last weekend in Florida and by the third one I felt terrible,” he explained.

In other shocking news, Ed Sheeran announced today he will make his ACM Awards debut at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas.
"Who said the Brits don't have a little bit of country in them? I'm really excited to be at the Academy of Country Music Awards this week. This is the first time that I'll be performing on it, and I am super pumped about it and I hope to see you there."
This year’s awards will be hosted by Dolly Parton and Garth Brooks, other performances include Carly Pearce and Trisha Yearwood, Cole Swindell and Jo Dee Messina, Ashley McBryde will welcome Brandy Clark, Caylee Hammack, Pillbox Patti and John Osborne, and HARDY will make his performance debut too.
