Grammy Awards Country Nominations Revealed
Having just wrapped up on the 57th Annual CMA Awards on November 9th the Grammy Award nominations are out once again.

The 2024 Grammy Awards will take place on February 4th in Los Angeles.
With the rapid growth of country music, created through the genre’s artists adaptability and incorporation of other musical genres.
Country artists have broken chart records throughout this year but with the Grammy nominations having been released, there appears to be some controversy with the lack of artists who seemingly made the charts.
This year’s nominees include a variation of legends including the Queen of Country, Dolly Parton, Chris Stapleton as well as artists such as Tyler Childers and Lainey Wilson who have helped target a wider audience to the country genre but seemingly not Morgan Wallen, Jason Aldean or Oliver Anthony who have made headlines this year with their song’s popularity.
Luke Combs cover of Tracy Chapmans hit song Fast Car has been nominated for Best Country Solo Performance at the 2024 Grammys, with Combs' cover of the song, Chapman has became the first Black Songwriter to win the Song of the Year at the Country Music Awards 2023 and winning Single of the year 35 years after the artists own release of the song.
