Belfast's Christmas Market opens tomorrow - here's what you need to know

Christmas isn’t Christmas without a visit to the continental market.
Belfast's traditional festive market officially opens its doors at City Hall from 12 noon tomorrow until 6pm on Saturday 23 December offering an even bigger selection of street food, gifts and the popular famous festive bar.
New additions this year include: a food court with bench style seating where visitors can take a break from the busy walkways and a vintage helter skelter offering stunning views across the market and a whizzing experience for the kids.
20 chalets along the outside perimeter of the City Hall grounds are returning
1,312,509 visitors came to the market in 2016.
Daily opening hours are Monday - Wednesday 10am-8pm; Thursday - Saturday 10am -10pm and Sunday 12noon- 6pm.
This year the Children’s Cancer Unit at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children will operate Santa’s Grotto, a very worthwhile cause bringing comfort to children with cancer and other blood disorders.
The Belfast Beard Company are returning alongside local favourites Rossi’s of North Belfast and Baked in Belfast.
