Police search for attacker after 'multiple' homeless people assaulted in south Manchester
All of the incidents happened in the early hours of last Wednesday
An investigation has been launched after a number of homeless people were assaulted on the same street in Fallowfield, south Manchester.
Officers were called to reports of a male attacking multiple rough sleepers along Wilmslow Road at around 2:30am on Wednesday 16 August 2023.
Greater Manchester Police said in one incident the offender was seen walking towards a victim from the direction of the junction of Walmer Street.
He walked up to the victim and began to kick her around her head and body repeatedly, the force added.
