There will be a new Harry Potter coin collection to celebrate 25 years since the novel 'Harry Potter And The Philosopher's Stone' by JK Rowling was first published.

The coins from the Royal Mint will feature portraits of both Queen Elizabeth II and the King.

The Royal Mint is expecting high demand for the coins and said its Harry Potter collection will be one of "a small number" that will see a change of portrait during the series.

The first two coins in the collection will launch this year and feature the portrait of Elizabeth, and the final two coins, launching next year will feature the portrait of Charles.
