Northern Ireland’s Women U19s got their Euro qualifier mini-tournament off to a flyer at Shamrock Park last night – hammering Estonia 7-1.

Alfie Wylie’s side were dominant from start to finish.

Kala Deane started the goal rush with a 16th minute strike.

And although Estonia equalised a short time later, against the run of play, Northern Ireland did not take long to find the net again.

Further strikes from Alexandra Collighan (2) captain, Megan Bell, Kelsie Burrows (pictured below), Louise McDaniel and sub Kaitlyn Canavan sealed an important first win.

Next up is Kosovo on Friday (7pm) again at Shamrock Park.

Then on Monday they will play favourites Germany.

Seven countries will eventually qualify to join hosts Scotland in the finals from 16 to 28 July next year.
