'I signed a long-term contract' O'Neill addresses rumours of West Brom job
Northern Ireland manager flattered with speculation but he's still NI boss
Michael O'Neill has admitted he is flattered to be linked with the vacant managerial post at West Brom.
But he says he is more than happy at Northern Ireland.
O'Neill is believed to be one of a several targets for the Baggies but, as yet, no approach has been made by the Championship club to the IFA.
He says at the moment he is going nowhere.
"I think I have a lot of stability in my job - I have a good relationship with the IFA," he said.
"There is a lot of transparency there.
"I signed a long-term contract which was important for both parties.
"But I think when you talk about club football there is a lot more instability there."
Ahead of Northern Ireland next key Euro qualifying games against Estonia and Belarus, O'Neill is leading a training camp for his players in Manchester.
Meanwhile, former international Gerry Armstrong believes it could be the right time for O'Neill to move into domestic club management.
In an interview with Downtown Radio & Cool FM in Belfast, Armstrong said: "You know he has done a fabulous job - but maybe it is the right time for him - I don't know.
"Can he take us to another World Cup? Nobody knows - and we are in a very tough group as it is.
"But Michael will make the right decision - I know he will."
