Belfast Giants: Grand Slam in the bag after Playoffs win
Adam Keefe's side reign supreme in Nottingham
The Belfast Giants beat the Cardiff Devils 4-1 last night (Sunday) in the Playoffs final at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham.
Having already won the Elite League title and the Challenge Cup, this completed a Grand Slam hat-trick of silverware.
The win marks the first time ever that the men in teal have secured three consecutive trophies in one single season.
Jeff Baum, Steven Owre, Donovan Neuls and Mark Cooper were all on target in the historic win.
After the game a delighted Head Coach, Adam Keefe, said: "It's fantastic - I am so happy for the fans just as I am for every player in this team."
It has been an incredible season - and one Giants fans will never forget.
