Belfast Giants: goals galore in weekend win double over Panthers and Flyers

The Belfast Giants enjoyed a winning weekend in both the Elite League and the Challenge Cup.

First on the trip to Nottingham, Adam Keefe's side hammered the Panthers 5-0 with goals from JJ Piccinich (2), Scott Conway, Slater Doggett and Mark Cooper.

Then, they rounded off their Challenge Cup group games with a 4-1 win over the Fife Flyers at the SSE in Belfast.

Conway and Cooper both netted again along with Lewis Hook and Jordan Boucher (PP).

The Giants are in home and away league action this weekend, travelling to Sheffield to face the Steelers on Saturday before returning home on Sunday to take on the Glasgow Clan.
