Mark Allen has a narrow lead in his World Championships first round match with Jimmy Robertson.

The Antrim man fought back from three frames down last night to go 5-4 up.

Action resumes later in the best of 19 frames tie.

If he wins he’ll play either former world champion John Higgins or Martin Gould in the 25-frame second round on Saturday.
