Woman threatened with needle during 'car hijacking'
A woman has been threatened with a needle during an attempted car hijacking in Belfast.
The woman was approached by a man on Bankmore Street at around 6.25pm on Monday as she got into her car.
He threatened her with a needle before taking her keys and trying to take off in the vehicle.
The woman and members of the public were able to stop the man's getaway.
A 20-year-old man has been arrested and the woman was not injured during the incident.
