Warning after spate of burglaries in south Belfast
The PSNI has warned business owners to be conscious of a spate of burglaries in the Lisburn Road area of Belfast.
A post on their Facebook page points out that there has been six burglaries or attempted burglaries there in the past three weeks.
The thieves stole till floats, laptops and on two occasions ripped out the safe taking it with them.
Retailers have been warned that leaving large amounts of cash in the likes of till floats can lead to repeat targeting.
