Teenager arrested over L'Derry riots
A 17 year old man has been charged with possessing petrol bombs in suspicious circumstances following disturbances in Londonderry.
The teenage - who was arrested on Friday - was also charged with riotous behaviour and throwing petrol bombs.
He is due to appear at Omagh Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Monday 16 July.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
A number of arrests have been made amid the ongoing violence in the city in recent nights.
Ireland's foreign affairs minister and DUP leader Arlene Foster have visited the city following six successive nights of violence.
Tanaiste Simon Coveney met police and residents from the Bogside after the bout of unrest which saw explosive devices hurled at officers and dozens of petrol bombs thrown.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland said they had welcomed an incident-free Friday night in the Bogside and Fountain areas of the city.
The visits by political leaders came after police said it was a miracle'' no officers had been injured in the violence.
