Pig body parts spill causes traffic disruption in Co. Antrim

A spillage of pig body parts caused severe traffic disruption yesterday in Ballymena.

Twitter user Adi Peltz was one of many left frustrated as traffic slowed to a crawl.

She managed to snap a few pictures, which revealed that the mess had caused the closure of one lane of the dual carriageway.

Drivers were forced to continue through the spillage, creating a makeshift path for cars to navigate the meaty surface.
