Belsonic 2024 Guide: Stage times, parking, ticket info & more

The countdown is on for the launch of festival season - Belsonic 2024 - in Ormeau Park!

Nine exciting acts will take to the stage this June, performing to 20,000 fans each night.

Worldwide superstars like Shania Twain, Sting and Take That are coming to Belfast! There's also dance stars Becky Hill, Belters Only, Scooter and Ben Nicky on the bill.

Farmer's Bash

The Farmers' Bash, the iconic country brand will move across the Lagan to its new summer home next June at Belfast's Ormeau Park to become part of Belsonic 🤯


Since its introduction in 2017, the annual country extravaganza has blossomed into one of Ireland's premier country music events, consistently drawing capacity crowds at the SSE Arena.


This unique gathering witnessed Ulster farmers trade in their wellies and boots for gingham, denim, and cowboy hats, transforming the city into a vibrant hub of country music celebration.

Picture This

Following their sold-out two SSE Arena shows in October, Picture This have announced their return to Ormeau Park on 8th June 2024 with special guest Calum Scott.


Ireland's hottest musical export in decades, Picture This are recognised for their compelling songwriting and electrifying performances.


Hailing from Athy, Co. Kildare, the band was formed by childhood friends Ryan Hennessy and Jimmy Rainsford. As a duo, they uploaded the song Take My Hand to their social channels in 2015 and it went viral.


Later that year when they started playing live gigs, two more friends – Owen Cardiff and Cliff Deane – were recruited. As a four-piece, the band have gone from strength to strength, captivating listeners from every corner of the world.

Limp Bizkit

US nu-metal legends Limp Bizkit are pleased to announce a headline show at Ormeau Park, Belfast on Wednesday 12th June 2024. Limp Bizkit have returned to touring with some of their biggest ever UK shows, they released their most recent album 'Still Sucks' in 2021.

Belters Only

Following their sold-Out Custom House Square in Belfast earlier this year, Dublin born Dance Chart sensations Belters Only are pleased to announce their biggest Belfast headline show yet at Ormeau Park, Belfast on Friday 14th June 2024.


Coming off the back of their chart-topping debut single 'Make Me Feel Good' — officially in the Top 40 most listened to songs of 2022 in UK and Top 50 in Ireland, a summer spent entrancing the rave-hungry masses of Longitude, Ibiza Rocks and Ministry of Sound, plus mentions in NME, Hot Press and Billboard — it's starting to look more and more like magnetic Dublin duo Belters Only are destined for world domination.

Becky Hill

Following a sold out CHSQ earlier this year, two-time Brit-award winning singer-songwriter Becky Hill has announced her biggest Belfast headline show to date at Belsonic, Ormeau Park, Belfast on Saturday 15th June 2024 with very special guest Jazzy.


Cementing her reputation as the Queen of Dance music, Becky Hill's Top 10 debut album Only Honest On The Weekend, saw her score five Official Chart Top 40 singles and bring her BPI certification total to 9 x platinum, 4 x gold and 1 x silver.

Sting

17-time Grammy Award winning artist, Sting will perform a special My Songs concert in Belfast at Belsonic, Ormeau Park on 19th June 2024.


This marks the continuation of his world-spanning tour, which has captivated audiences across the US, Europe, Asia, the UAE and Australia.


Sting's "My Songs" concert is an exhuberant and dynamic show featuring his most beloved hits, spanning his illustrious career both as a member of The Police and as a solo artist.

Take That

Take That are renowned for their huge productions and incredible live shows, and currently hold the record for the most performances at London's The O2 with 34 headline shows.


The band are also releasing their ninth studio album This Life, on the 24th November with their first single Windows out now.


Windows is their first original composition in over five years and hints at what listeners can expect from This Life, the band's first album since 2017's Wonderland: exceptional musicality, crowd-rousing choruses and a beautiful blend of harmonies.

Scooter | Ben Nicky

Two of Techno & Electronic music giants, Ben Nicky and Scooter have come together for a co-headline show on Belfast's biggest stage at Belsonic, Ormeau Park for one very special night on Saturday 29th June 2024.


In Northern Ireland alone, Ben is the highest-selling DJ of all time with multiple sold-out shows at Belfast's Ormeau Park, SSE Arena and Custom House Square as a headline act.


In their illustrious history, Scooter have spent more than 500 weeks in the Singles Charts and 300 weeks in the Album Charts, selling over 30 million units along the way and have achieved over 80 Gold and Platinum records from all over the world.

What time do gates open for each artist?

Gates open at 6pm so please do arrive on site until close to that time. Curfew is usually around 11pm but individual set times will be posted on social media the day of the event, we'll keep you up-to-date.

Where can you park at Belsonic?

Organisers are advising those attending the gigs to use public transport as there are NO parking facilities at the site.

Food & drink at Belsonic

There will be a number of food and drink outlets across the site at Ormeau Park each show. Most take contactless cards payments.

You are not permitted to bring your own food or drinks inside the park.
