ITV bosses delighted fans by confirming Winter Love Island will hit our TV screens on Sunday 12th January!
The exciting news was confirmed on social media on Thursday 19th December, with the official ITV2 Twitter account writing, 'January, don’t be such a melt. It’s time to thaw out those inflatables, @loveislandis BACK! ✈️🦄👙 #LoveIsland Returns Sunday 12th January @ITV2'. sic
After the success of Love Island in recent years, ITV made the decision to have TWO series in 2020, including a Winter edition which will take place in a brand new villa out in South Africa.
Although ITV are yet to announce any Islanders, applications for the 2020 Winter series ended on the 30th November 2019, so we can't imagine it will be long before the rumours start flooding in!
Winter Love Island starts on ITV2 on Sunday 12th January.
