This year, Love Island has been plagued by rumours of editing by show bosses after Samira Mighty and Frankie Foster revealed the majority of their relationship was unseen by viewers - including their night in The Hideaway. Now, one of the dumped Islanders, Savanna Darnell, has revealed a romance with Wes Nelson on Love Island - but that their scenes were cut.

Wes was shown on TV to be staying loyal to Megan Barton Hanson whilst she started a romance with Alex Miller, however Savanna's claims would change all that. Savanna told YouTuber Lewys Ball, "Me and Wes actually really got on. We got on really well, we shared a bed - they never showed that. We had a cuddle. We were having a great time, we were giggling and they just never wanted to show it."

"Me and Wes were singing the whole time, joking about, we were like up till stupid o' clock giggling and laughing in bed- that's what you didn't see hunnies. I had a lot of banter with the girls but you didn't see any of it."

This isn't the first time that Savanna has taken aim at the show for not having many scenes on the show, as she posted a screenshot of herself in the villa on her Instagram profile along with the caption, 'The tiny bit of action I got in the villa 💪🏼😂👀.'

Meanwhile, back in the villa, Wes and Megan appear to be going from strength to strength after both saying "I love you" to each other. They found themselves in the bottom two during Sunday night's (15th July) dumping, but were saved by their fellow Islanders.
