Bestival Reveals Red Bull Music Academy Line-Up
A host of heavyweight dance acts are heading to Robin Hill Country Park
Bestival organisers have unveiled The Red Bull Music Academy line-up for this September’s Isle of Wight spectacular.
Glaswegian collective Numbers lead the takeover on the Thursday night (4th September) and they’ll be joined by Jackmaster & Oneman, who present 'Can U Dance', Redhino, Kool Clap, Spencer and Optimo.
Harvey’s Discoteque take over proceedings on Friday (5th September) for a bill that boasts Daniel Avery, Pachanga Boys, Eric Duncan, Jolly Mare, Andre Laos and Hugo Capablanca.
Saturday’s (6th September) Tropical party features JME, Skepta, Logan, Preditah, C4, Slimzee with Riko Dan and Plastician.
Closing the stage on Sunday (7th September) is Diplo who will be joined by Kaytranada, Trippy Turtle, Artwork and Martelo.
Bestival head honcho Rob da Bank enthuses: “Oh wow... Am I excited about this stage in 2014! I love working with Red Bull who have been at the majority of the last 11 Bestivals in some form or other musically.
We definitely share a love of underground electronic music from all over the world and this year we’ve nailed our biggest line up yet.
Bestival takes place from Thursday 4th to 7th September 2014 at Robin Hill Country Park on the Isle of Wight.
Already confirmed for the event are OutKast, Chic feat. Nile Rodgers, Paloma Faith, Disclosure, London Grammar, Laura Mvula and many more!
