Bestival Confirm Outkast & Fancy Dress Theme for 2014!
The extravaganza returns this September
In a big news double whammy, Bestival organisers have unveiled the fancy dress theme and this year’s first headline act.
Fresh from returning to the fray following their hiatus, hip-hop heroes Outkast are confirmed as the first of four headliners heading to the Isle of Wight.
Revellers are being urged to get down to this year’s theme too – Desert Island Disco!
Bestival head honcho Rob da Bank said: “Hey ya! By the power invested in me as chief Bestival booker, I'm pretty darn excited to announce that OutKast are headlining Bestival this year!
“We've fought hard to get the recently reunited legendary hip-hop duo onto the ferry... and it's no ordinary ferry this year as Bestival goes Desert Island Disco for 2014.
“Palm trees, grass skirts and mirrorballs are the order of the day. It truly is gonna be the Bestival yet!”
Bestival once again takes place at Robin Hill Country Park on the Isle of Wight from Thursday 4th to Sunday 7th September 2014.
