As well as going on his album launch tour, Tom will be performing at Hits Radio Live in Birmingham, and you can buy tickets now.

Taking to Instagram to reveal that he is neck-and-neck with Katy Perry in the mid-week charts, Tom explained he is just a 100 or so units ahead of the American pop star, as they battle to stay in the UK Top 5.

Admitting that Katy has millions of fans, Tom said: "Let's be honest (she has) loads of money, so it'd be good if you could help a brother out, cause it would look good on the CV to knock Katy Perry off the chart for an album, you know what I'm saying, so if you've not bought a vinyl or a CD..."

Before Tom gets rudely interrupted by Dave, carrying a speaker playing Katy Perry! 🙈
