Is there no end to Keith Lemon’s talents?! The TV presenter and movie star has today announced the launch of his pop career!

Yes, the moustachioed heartthrob will release his single ‘I Wanna Go On You’ through iTunes on Monday 3rd June – shettinggg!

Three versions of the track will be available: a clean radio edit, a highly risqué rude version and also a dancefloor inducing disco mix.

The earth-shattering video, featuring pop idol Gareth Gates and Keith’s dad Billy Idol, will be free to anyone who downloads the track on iTunes.

Typical of kind-hearted soul Keith, 100% of the profits from the single will go directly to ITV’s Text Santa appeal, which will divide the money between six charities.

Keith Lemon says: “Music has always been me main passion. That and women. I still love doing telly but I'm hoping to smash the music world’s back doors off.

“And it's all for a good cause, my payment is the privilege to express meself musically.”

The new series of Keith’s comedy reality show Lemon La Vida Loca starts on Thursday 6th June at 10pm on ITV2.

Keith has also been filming episodes for the revived TV show Through The Keyhole that’s set to air later this year.

Leigh Francis, who plays Keith, scored a number four hit in 2003 with his ‘Proper Chrimbo’ single featuring characters from his TV series Bo! Selecta.
