Adele has been announced as a performer at the 59th annual GRAMMY Awards. The award ceremony takes place on 12th February in L.A and will be hosted by James Corden.
Adele’s already got ten GRAMMYs on her mantelpiece and has bagged five nominations this year including 'Album of the Year', 'Record of the Year', 'Song of the Year', 'Best Pop Solo Performance' and 'Best Pop Vocal Album'.
Beyonce has bagged the most nominations in an impressive nine categories including 'Album of the Year', 'Record of the Year', 'Song of the Year', 'Best Music Video' and 'Best Music Film'. While Drake, Rihanna and Kanye West have all racked up eight nominations, Chance The Rapper follows with seven.
Adele performed at last year’s GRAMMYs, but her performance of ‘All I Ask’ didn’t go to plan when sound issues made the singer sound like she was out of tune.
