Liam Neeson's revealed a deep love for doing the washing up.

Yes, hand the 65-year-old dirty pots and pans and he'll happily scrub them for you - in fact he often escapes boring dinner parties by offering to do the dishes.

When asked whether he leaves everything out to air-dry on the side or gets his tea towel out, Liam told us 'I'll dry up, and put away if I've got the time".

We were chatting to him about his new movie 'The Commuter', which sees his character's daily commute take a turn when he's asked to track down a mystery person on a train for a large amount of cash.

From there you get everything you expect from a Liam Neeson movie - fighting, crazy stunts and him making phones calls.

Now, in real life you wouldn't expect to see a Hollywood movie star on a train, but it seems Liam isn't afraid of using public transport, telling us that in real life he's done the same journey his character does in the movie "at least 70 times".

Asked whether he ever gets recognised he told us 'sometimes, but people are in their own world on the tube'.
