It's normally celebrities singing to the President but on this occasion it was the other way round.

It was a birthday to remember for singer Usher as he was serenaded by President Barack Obama and the first lady, Michelle Obama.

The event was filmed at the White House, showing the ‘You Make Me Wanna’ star being presented with a small cake with a candle in. The President then started singing 'Happy Birthday' before everyone else joined in.

The singer then shared the moment with all his fans on Facebook.
