WATCH: One Direction give two deserving sisters a surprise of a lifetime

The girls raise awareness of organ donation.

One Direction feature on a Christmas Special of Surprise Surprise, to be aired on Boxing Day.

Sisters Rachel, 11 and Kate, 15 get the surprise of their life when they get to meet and interview the One Direction boys.

When Rachel was nearly eight she experienced a complete heart failure and was on a life support machine, supported by her family and especially her older sister, Rachel survived after having a heart transplant.

However, the girls have never forgotten the kindness of the donor family and the loss they must have experienced. The girls now do everything they can to raise awareness of organ donation.

In the short clip above you can see the girls when they get told they will get to meet with idols. You can watch the full episode on Boxing Day.

Also in the Christmas Special of Surprise Surprise is ex-serviceman Cayle Royce, 29, who gets to meet rower and double Olympic gold medallist James Cracknell. Cayle was severely injured when he stepped on a landmine in Afganistan in 2012. Despite all odds Cayle survived and has gone on to row the Atlantic and hand-cycle across the USA.
