WATCH: Mum listens to late son's heartbeat in 4-year-old's chest
Lukas died in 2013 and his organs were donated to three children.
A mother has met one of the three children whose life was saved after she donated the organs of her seven-month-old son.
Heather Clark chose to donate Lukas' organs three years ago and his heart was given to then 18-month-old Jordan Drake.
She then met up with Jordan and listened to her son's heartbeat.
Jordan's mum, Esther Gonzalez, said before the meeting:
"I'm not going to say anything. I think I have run out of words at this point.
"Hugging ... I don't have anything else to say."
Lukas died in June 2013 after he was allegedly assaulted while being cared for by a babysitter.
