We've seen James Corden's successful Carpool Karaoke, but we haven't seen the general public indulge.

Earlier this week a commuter in China was caught on camera driving down a road with a microphone in her hand singing along to her heart's content.

While we can't hear what she's singing along to in this video, it's clear that she's enjoying it and even when she notices someone filming her she doesn't stop.

The incident was captured on camera by a Chengdu Newspaper reporter who just happened to be passing by.

According to the Chinese newspaper the driver named Li who is in her 30s recently bought the 'in-car karaoke microphone' and hooked it up to her phone and in-car stereo.

She posted on WeChat, the Chinese hybrid of Whatsapp and Facebook, saying, "I could sing a few songs when there's traffic."

However Li's behaviour has come under fire from local police who have said it is highly risky and breaks the law.

We're pretty sure that this would be against the law in the UK as well.
