Sam was told he was unemployable because he has autism, but a Starbucks manager gave him the chance he needed.
A video of the teenager dancing as he served drinks quickly went viral and in a month has received over 66 million views on Facebook.

Yesterday Sam appeared with his boss Chris Ali on Ellen (video above), the 17-year-old told the chat show host that dancing helps him to concentrate, "I concentrate a lot better when I dance," he said, to which Ellen responded, "me too!" Chris then went on to explain how the music and dancing enabled Sam to control himself and focus on the drinks and routines.
The aspiring barista then explained how his life had changed since he was given the opportunity to work.
"His happiness has rubbed off on partners and customers,” Chris said in a statement, “I’m inspired by his success."
What an inspiration!
