Victoria Beckham reveals the unusual healthy snack she gives her kids

Victoria Beckham might be a millionaire, but when it comes to giving her kids an after-school snack she has revealed she gives them something healthy and cheap.

Taking to Instagram Stories, the former Spice Girl posted a video showing a tray of seeds with the words, 'Seeds doused in organic Aminos! Grilled until crispy! After school snack!'

In the video the mum of four can be seen covering the seeds in Liquid Aminos which is a soy sauce substitute, made from non-GMO soybeans and purified water. Sounds interesting! Although there is no word what the kids really think of this, a bottle of the Liquid Aminos only costs a few pounds, so mums around the country might be tempted to try it too.

Victoria is well known for her healthy eating and exercise regimes, so it seems the fashion designer is hoping her children will follow in her footsteps.

It was recently reported that the 43-year-old has been speaking to a consultant about the best anti-aging treatments. According to Mirror Online a source close to the star told Woman magazine, "Victoria’s visited a surgeon in LA and was told the best way to help slow down aging is ‘fat - eat more and drink water’."

This advice is believed to have delighted her husband David Beckham who according to a source, "has tried tirelessly to get Victoria to relax her strict eating habits, so he is delighted at her change of heart."

Earlier this year she told Dutch Vogue, "I go for a three-mile run every morning and I work out for an hour with a PT, which gives me just enough time to get to the kitchen to puree Romeo's avocados."
