Stephanie Davis targeted in 'vile' voicemails during pregnancy
Stephanie said she was 'baffled' at the messages
It's been a very up and down year for former Hollyoaks star Stephanie Davis and just when it looked like online trolls had stopped sending her abuse, it has emerged that the pregnant star has been receiving ’vile' voicemails on her phone.
Stephanie, who is expecting her first child any moment now, took to Twitter to express her anger at the new messages, deemed them 'vile' and claimed some people leave her 'baffled'.
Speaking to her followers, Stephanie wrote 'Catching up on some voicemails from last month. I really don't get some people. SORRY then VILE…Baffling' (sic).
Many of Stephanie's fans were quick to suggest the voicemails could be from her ex-boyfriend and apparent father to her unborn child, Jeremy McConnell.
One wrote, 'So sad he can't just let her get on with her life and let her be happy' with another adding, 'Could this be about a certain person? You’re both better off without that toxic excuse of human in your lives'.
It hasn't actually been confirmed if the voicemails Stephanie is referring to are from somebody she knows or just a troll who has her phone number.

Meanwhile, whilst Stephanie prepares to welcome her baby boy, it's being reported that the mum-to-be could be re-entering the Celebrity Big Brother with her newborn when the new series starts in January.
According to a national newspaper, CBB bosses approached the actress to enter the house with her newborn after the entertainment she brought to the show last January.
A source said, "They think it would make a great story as if the baby definitely is Jeremy's then it is all a result of their appearance on CBB last year."
Despite many fans loving the idea, Stephanie has now dismissed the claims on Twitter.
She wrote, 'Come on now... I will not be taking part in CBB in 2017. It was lovely to be asked but my priorities are my son and being an amazing mummy'.
Stephanie announced she was expecting her first child earlier in the year and has been documenting her pregnancy throughout on social media.
The actress is reportedly due this month.
