Simon Rimmer hit by injury on Strictly Come Dancing
His leg has been strapped up

Strictly Come Dancing contestant Simon Rimmer and his dance partner Karen Clifton have revealed they are 'a bit worried' after Simon recently sustained an injury to his leg.
During a dance-off the Sunday Brunch presenter slipped and it has resulted in him having his leg strapped up. In an interview Simon explained, "I've got a bit of pain in my quad and my lovely physio Doug has strapped me up to keep the muscle in place to hopefully heal it and sort itself out."
His professional dance partner Karen then added, "It is really tough, these guys have never danced before, it's pretty intense on your muscles – something like that happens, it's hard to recover from it, hopefully it will be OK."
Simon and Karen are due to perform this week in the Halloween horror special, but the pair are a little worried about the show as they haven't been able to start training until today (Wednesday). Simon explained he has been told to rest for a while to let it "calm down".
If the injury wasn't enough, poor Simon has also revealed on Twitter that his Dad had a pacemaker fitted earlier this week, which had understandably stressed his mum.
Last weekend saw Simon and Brian Conley in a dance-off, with Brian leaving the show. Brian was the fourth contestant to be voted off, here is who has been voted off so far.
Week one: Nobody left
Week two: Chizzy Akudolu and Brian Conley were in the dance-off, but Chizzy lost.
Week three: Reverend Richard Coles and chef Simon Rimmer went head to head with Rev Coles was the second to leave.
Week four: Charlotte Hawkins and Davood Ghadami were in the dance off, but Charlotte lost.
Week five: Both Brian Conley and Simon Rimmer spent a second week in the dance-off, this time it was Brian who left.
Strictly Come Dancing fans will also be pleased to hear that six former Blue Peter presenters will be reuniting on the show for charity.
This weekend Strictly Come Dancing have a Halloween horror special which kicks off on Saturday 28th October, with the results show airing the following evening.
