It’s rumoured that Simon Cowell’s picked the song that The X Factor champion will sing earlier than usual.

A national newspaper says that the winner will sing Bob Dylan’s ‘Forever Young’ and the boss knows it'll divide people.

A source said that some people will see it as introducing a younger audience to Bob Dylan whereas a lot of people might feel that it's wrong - as the folk singer-songwriter stands for everything the talent show doesn't.

People have taken to social media to share their worry it’ll ruin a classic song.

Bob Dylan, real name Robert Zimmerman, is considered to be one of the most influential musicians of the century.

Each year The X Factor winner releases a single in a bid to secure a Christmas number 1 single.
