Ryan Phillippe has addressed rumours he’s dating Katy Perry. US Weekly claimed the actor and pop princess had started dating after flirting at Elton John’s 70th Birthday party last month. Katy had just broken up with Orlando Bloom while Ryan has been single for a few months after calling off his engagement.
But Ryan’s TOTALLY shut down the rumours that there’s anything going on between the pair. Taking to Twitter the actor made use of his CAPS LOCK key, writing: ‘I AM NOT DATING KATY PERRY. BARELY KNOW HER. PLEASE STOP FLYING HELICOPTERS OVER MY HOUSE. SHE IS NOT HERE.’ Before signing off the tweet with a simple ‘thx’.
One Twitter user replied to the post ‘THAT’S WHAT SOME1 WHO HAS KATY PERRY IN HIS BASEMENT WOULD SAY…..’ To which Ryan simply replied ‘shhhh’.
As relationship denial’s go we like Ryan’s way.
