Celebrities react after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle welcome baby boy

After weeks of waiting, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex (AKA Prince Harry and Meghan Markle) welcomed a baby boy into the world on Monday morning, with Harry speaking to press following the birth.
Announcing their son was born at 5.26am, weighing 7lbs 3oz, a statement read, 'We are pleased to announce that Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their firstborn child in the early morning on May 6th, 2019. Their Royal Highnesses’ son weighs 7lbs. 3oz.
'The Duchess and baby are both healthy and well, and the couple thank members of the public for their shared excitement and support during this very special time in their lives. 'More details will be shared in the forthcoming days'. sic
Following the news, many celebrities have sent their well wishes to the happy couple on social media, including the likes of Vicky Pattison, Patrick J. Adams and the Prime Minister.
Prime Minister Theresa May tweeted, 'Congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on the arrival of their baby boy. Wishing you all the best at this happy time.' sic
Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn wrote, 'Congratulations to Meghan and Harry on the birth of their baby. I hope they're all doing well. #royalbaby' sic
Vicky Pattison wrote, 'Ok, I think I speak for the world when I say I’d like to see the baby now. THANKYOU. 😂😍💙 Huge, huge congratulations to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on the birth of their son!!! I’m sure he’s perfect 💙'. sic
Meghan's former Suits co-star Patrick J.Adams wrote, 'Just heard that the world just got heavier by 7 pounds and 3 ounces. Much love to him and his incredible parents. Michelle Obama added, 'Congratulations, Meghan and Harry! Barack and I are so thrilled for both of you and can't wait to meet him. #RoyalBaby'. sic
Fashion designer Oscar de la Renta added, 'Congratulations to #MeghanMarkle, Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry who welcomed a baby boy this morning!' sic
The new parents are yet to release any pictures of their baby boy, with Harry confirming they are still thinking about names.
He told the press shortly after the birth, "Mother and baby are doing incredibly well. It's been amazing, so we just wanted to share this with everybody.
"How any woman does what they do is beyond comprehension, but we're both absolutely thrilled and so grateful to all the love and support from everybody out there. Still thinking about names. The baby is a little bit overdue, so we've had a little bit of time to think about it.
"That's the next bit, but for us, I think we will be seeing you guys in probably two days' time as planned as a family to be able to share it with you guys and so everyone can see the baby."
