Rachel Stevens responds to criticism after leaving her kids in the car
The singer caused a backlash in September.
Rachel Stevens has hit back at those who criticised her for leaving her daughters alone in her car.
She was pictured last September ‘running an errand’ leaving her 18-month-old Minnie Blossom and four-year-old Amelia behind, which caused a backlash.
According to reports she left them for 10 minutes to run errands.
The former S Club 7 singer told Essentials magazine:
“Parenting is always going to split judgement and you never have all the answers. I would never do anything to intentionally harm my girls; they are my life.
"Whatever you do as a parent, you will be judged by other people. You can only do your best."
At the time of the incident Supernanny Jo Frost voiced her opinion and condemned the public shaming.
