One Direction are being taken to court for ‘copying’ a song

Last week it was announced that One Direction were being taken to court for very mysterious reasons and now it’s finally been revealed why!

It has emerged a songwriter has sued the band for copying his track.

The songwriter, Dave Lewis, is claiming the band including Zayn plagiarised their hit track 'Story Of My Life' from his song 'Swimming Pool'.

Of course plagiarism is a very serious matter and the boys could be forced to pay out if the court decides they have 'copied' the song.
