The X Factor host said Wayne Rooney: The Man Behind the Goals made him emotional after his split from long-term girlfriend Francesca Thomas.
In an interview with The Times Olly opened up about his emotional breakdown as he revealed, "Usually, I am mentally strong. But, after I broke up with my girlfriend, I cried watching a Wayne Rooney documentary."
Meanwhile, although the singer has denied dating co-host Caroline Flack in the past, there was a lot of flirting recently on the singing show.
"It's love because Caroline I'll always love you".
But the response from his co-host was "And heartbreak because it's never gonna happen".
