Made In Chelsea star Ollie Locke revealed the shocking side effects his stint on Channel 4’s The Island With Bear Grylls had on his body.

Speaking on an episode of Lorraine alongside Lydia Bright, the reality star revealed the pounds fell of him after suffering severe dehydration and hunger whilst filming for the show.

He said "It soon creeps up on you that you don't have any food at all. You can't just go to a fridge and get a snack. We really didn't eat for a lot of it. The dehydration is so severe too. You get to dangerous levels of dehydration."

Lorraine then showed a selfie of Ollie just hours after he left the island, showing off his incredibly skinny frame.

The 28-year-old admitted the scales read just under nine stone when he left the show, with Lydia Bright adding that all together the 14 celebrities involved lost a massive combined 20 stone.

Ollie and Lydia are set to appear on the charity version of the show alongside the likes of Tom Evans, Zoe Salmon and Dom Joly for Channel 4’s Stand Up To Cancer.

Presented by Bear Grylls, the show abandons the celebrities on a remote, uninhabited island in the Pacific for a month, where they have to use their skills to survive.
