Just when we thought John Lewis had created the ultimate Christmas advert with their beautiful Man on the Moon commercial, a Spanish advert has only gone and trumped it!
Promoting the Spanish National Lottery, the lovingly animated advert (set against a gorgeous piano backdrop of Ludovico Einaudi’s ‘Nuvole Bianche’) follows a lonely night-time security guard at a mannequin factory who craves human interaction.
The kind-hearted old gent decides to spread some festive cheer with his daytime colleagues by dressing mannequins up as members of the office, positioning them in dance moves and even setting them up as waiters.
However, on his way to work one night, he is left heartbroken when he discovers his colleagues have won the National Lottery.
We won’t spoil the ending for you, but it’s a bit of a tearjerker! Truly beautiful stuff.
