Louis Tomlinson is seeking joint custody of his son after accusing his ex-girlfriend Briana Jungwirth of denying him access.

According to reports the former One Direction singer has filed court papers in order to gain equal access to his six-month-old, Freddie Reign, after Briana has been ‘inconsistent’ with visits.

A source told a national newspaper “Since Freddie was born they have been working things out amicably but recently Freddie’s mother has been inconsistent with Louis’ access to him. He was left with no alternative but to seek redress through the courts and has taken those steps accordingly.”

It has previously been reported that the ‘History’ singer is renting a $1 million house in California for Briana as well as paying thousands to her in child support each month.

The couple, who split up in 2015, welcomed Freddie Reign into the world on January 23rd with Louis announcing the news to fans on social media.

Since then both parents have shared super cute snaps of Freddie during the first six months of his life.

Neither Louis or Briana are yet to comment on the situation.
