Little Mix SPLIT from Simon Cowell's record label days before 'LM5' drops
They will no longer work with Syco

Whilst all the Little Mix excitement has been around their new album 'LM5', due to drop VERY soon, it turns out that Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jesy Nelson have SPLIT from the record label they've been with since they won The X Factor.
As the news of the split emerged, it was also revealed that the group will move to RCA, part of the larger Sony group, which also includes their former label Syco. It's understood that the decision to move was due to problems between Simon Cowell's label and Little Mix's management company, Modest.
A spokesperson for Simon Cowell explained, "Syco Music will no longer work with Modest Management and therefore any artists signed to that management company. We do, of course, wish all artists affected by this decision every future success."
Continuing, "Consequently, 'LM5', the forthcoming Little Mix album A&R'd promoted and released on Syco Music, is to be serviced by RCA at the request of Syco and Simon Cowell."
Although not confirmed, it's believed that Little Mix and Syco had disagreements over their musical direction.
Ahead of their new album's release, the girls released their song 'Woman Like Me' last month. The song has been a huge hit with fans, with fans taking to social media, to tell the group how much they loved it saying, 'OMG IT'S SO AMAZING AND I LOVE IT!!! YOUR VOICES ARE AMAZING', with another adding, 'YOUR BEST LEAD SINGLE EVER BYE'. sic
