Pop icon Cheryl Fernandez-Versini - or just Cheryl as she now likes to be called - has announced full details of her new single ‘I Don’t Care’.

Written by John Newman and Cheryl alongside Bonnie McKee and Jocke Ahlund, the “feisty, fun and full of life” song is available to download on Sunday 9th November.

Speaking about the song’s bold message, Cheryl said: “I‘m a woman now; I’m at that age that things don’t bother me like they used to.

"I still care about things, but I've discovered what's important to care about, and what's most definitely not."

‘I Don’t Care’ is lifted from Cheryl’s upcoming fourth studio album ‘Only Human’, which sees her join forces with serial hit-makers like Sia, Greg Kurstin and Invisible Men.

It’s the follow-up single to the huge anthem ‘Crazy Stupid Love’, which stormed in at number one back in July.

Cheryl has scored two chart-topping albums (‘3 Words’ and ‘Messy Little Raindrops’) and four number one singles (‘Fight For This Love’, ‘Promise This’, Call My Name’ and ‘Crazy Stupid Love’) in her solo career so far.
