Katie Price has said she was wrong to let her daughter wear make-up despite initially supporting the idea.

The star caused a backlash online after Princess was pictured wearing heavy make-up and false nails with some saying that it 'over sexualised' her.

Despite letting the child hit back at critics, Katie seems to have changed her mind about it.

Speaking on Loose Women she admitted she was ‘in the wrong’ and was even told off by her ex Peter Andre.

She added: "Princess sees how I pose. She thinks it’s natural. These pictures were taken when we did panto at Christmas and she just saw her mum doing it.

"To me that's innocent because she’s copying her mum. But after I posted it people were saying to me 'Oh my god Katie, think about paedophiles. And I thought 'Oh yeah, you're right'.

"When you say it, you can see it."

The pair had posed backstage where Katie had been starring in a pantomime of Sleeping Beauty.

At the time the 37-year-old seemed to support her own decision and even let the youngster reply to the critics, telling followers “it’s none of your beeswax”.

Katie's recently released an app called 'Katie Price Official'.
