He’s smooth, charismatic and completely charming, but would James Bond’s chat up lines work in the real world?
One woman – dating expert Hayley Quinn – put it to the test in London. She sent her friend Olly, dressed in a tuxedo and bow tie, to approach random women and use some of the famous lines from the Bond films.
Overall the women weren't impressed with lines like 'now put your clothes back on and I'll buy you an ice cream' and asking another to teach him a ‘foreign tongue’.

They concluded that men, seen to be arrogant or silly, put women off.
