Jake Gyllenhaal reveals he's NOT a fan of Love Island😰
He's missing out
For people like us in the UK, Love Island is the BEST thing since sliced bread. The nation is obsessed, it's appointment to view TV and we HAVE to stalk all the Islanders old Instagram photos.
So, when Jake Gyllenhaal revealed that he wasn't the biggest fan, we were shocked but not disappointment. At the end of the day, you can't force a very busy Hollywood actor to invest two months of their life into a programme about 12, semi-naked singletons. (We obviously mustn't be that busy).
Speaking to us about his latest film venture, Spiderman: Far From Home, Jake revealed the programme wasn't his cup of tea, saying, "I didn't get hooked".

"There's only so much shirtless that I can handle, you know, and white leather couches".
After then being told the hit ITV2 show was on every night for an hour, the Brokeback Mountain star replied, "Oh it's on every night? Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Yeah, no, I can't get hooked on that! There's some shows I like, some BBC shows".
However, much to our delight, Jake did reveal his co-star Tom Holland was a fan of the show, excitedly revealing, "I know Tom loves Love Island. It's a big thing for him". YES TOM!
But, there is good news, as Jake now sees England as his "second home" after filming most of the latest Spiderman film in the country.
He said, "The thing that I really love is when I know that I've spent enough time somewhere and its actually become a second home to me, things like the labels on things and street signs and things like that become my norm. That's normal for me now".
