She tragically died in April

George Shelley has paid tribute to his late sister Harriet, after her heart was donated to save a life.
It was just five months ago that ex I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here star George Shelley lost his sister in a road accident, but George has taken to Instagram to share the news that her heart has been donated in order to save somebody's life.
Harriet tragically passed away back in April, after stepping out behind a tour bus and getting struck down by a car. She suffered fatal head injuries and died just eight days later in hospital.
George captioned the shot 'Every three minutes someone dies from heart or circulatory disease in the UK. My baby sister may not be with us in her Earth bound form anymore, but her heart still beats on, giving life to someone else who’s heart was failing. What an honour. You had the biggest heart I have ever known. We love you miss you, always. #HeartForHeart'
Harriet was just 21-years-old when she passed, and was due to graduate from Birmingham University with a first class degree in midwifery.
Her family stated following her death, "Our Harriet was a beautiful young woman with a huge lust for life and had great ambitions. Throughout her time at Birmingham, she delivered countless babies into the world and touch many lives. What happened that night was an accident in all respects. We as a family do not blame anyone, or look to point the finger."
Back in May, George posted another heartfelt Instagram picture, with the caption 'I will never accept that you're gone. You will always be with me. My best friend, my sister, my angel. Too pure and too beautiful to walk among humans, you now exist somewhere else, and I am honoured to have had the privilege to spend 21 years with you by my side. Don't get used to it up there without me, I'll see you soon beautiful girl. I love you Harriet'.
George, who found fame on The X Factor with boy band Union J, bravely performed a 'special song' about his sister at her funeral back in May.
Telling mourners, 'Harriet, I wrote this for you,' George sang, "When white feathers fall from the sky, I'll keep them close knowing you're nearby. I'll find strength in knowing I will see you soon. My guardian angel now is you."
George starred in the 2015 series of I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here on which he came runner-up.
